These Terms govern the use of the “Nino Baby Red Panda” application and channel (“the Service”), operated by the channel owner (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service is a personal publishing tool used by the channel owner to schedule and upload their own original kids’ videos to their own social media accounts (including Instagram and TikTok). It does not host a public platform for third parties.
The owner connects their own social accounts through the official APIs of those platforms. Access is used solely to upload the owner’s own content and can be revoked at any time in the platform’s settings.
All videos, characters, music and artwork published through the Service are original works created for the Nino Baby Red Panda channel and are intended as family-friendly, kids-directed entertainment.
The Service must be used in compliance with the terms and policies of each connected platform. Misuse, unauthorized access, or use with accounts you do not own is prohibited.
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for platform outages, delivery delays, or third-party API changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
